Nanpiao standard gauge coal railway &
Zaojiatun narrow gauge coal railway 2018

These photos were taken at Zaojiatun, Xiamiaozi and Linghe. They show the yard at Zaojiatun with the narrow gauge line not visible but in the top left, the Zaojiatun narrow gauge line with a work gang and coal trains to the unloader and empties back to the mine. The two shots of the DF5 were taken at Linghe at the northern end of the northern branch where it was waiting to take the 17:00 passenger train to Huangjia (Nanpiao) station. This is the return working of the 06:05 train from Haungjia. During the day, the stock stays at Linghe and the diesel is used on coal trains.
