The railway was observed on 6 December with SY 1770 on the Dongguantung passenger trains, 1772 as reserve loco in the workshops at Daqing not in steam and 1771 stored in the covered loco store at Daqing. Photos to follow of a very pleasant day with 'steam by arrangement'.

I'm now in Beijing at the end of the trip but I can't see all the photos I uploaded to Flickr with the broadband at the hotel so I'll wait until I get home tomorrow to finish the report.
