From Skegness (A52)
Between Sandilands and Sutton-on-Sea, turn right after the church with the leaning tower onto Church Lane. After 100 metres, Church Lane becomes Hotchin Road. Just after Hillside Avenue (on the left) and before Beachside (also on the left), Marigold Cottage is an older house on the right opposite bungalows Nos. 10 and 12.

From Alford (A111)
On entering Sutton-on-Sea, at the roundabout take the second exit onto the A52 towards Skegness. Just before the church with the leaning tower on the left, turn left onto Church Lane. After 100 metres, Church Lane becomes Hotchin Road. Just after Hillside Avenue (on the left) and before Beachside (also on the left), Marigold Cottage is an older house on the right opposite bungalows Nos. 10 and 12.

From Mablethorpe (A52)
Enter Sutton-on-Sea from Trusthorpe and just after the Pelican Crossing where the road turns inland, take the first left between Squires Furnishings and the Cornerhouse Cafe. Follow this road past the public toilets (on the left) and along Furlongs Road with the sand dunes on the left and the playing field on the right. The road (now Hotchin Road) swings away from the sandunes and Marigold Cottage is the second house on the left between Beachside and Hillside Avenue opposite bungalows Nos. 10 and 12.
Parking is available on Hotchin Road. There are no parking restrictions.
